1 Commissioning Project Manager

We are seeking a self-sufficient, technically competent, motivated individual for our commissioning work. If you are someone that can take a project start to finish, has customer interface savvy, is a great writer, is experienced to complete complex calculations for building mechanical and electrical systems, and has a strong working knowledge of building energy systems and MEP design experience we welcome your interest. Minimum 3-5 years experience in mechanical engineering desired. Salary will be $80,000-$100,000 based on experience and clients they can bring to the firm.

2 Energy Rating / Field Services Technician

The Energy Rating and Field Services Technician is an individual who has a positive outlook and a passion for making the environment better through the built environment. The Technician brings a balanced mix of technical expertise in building science, attention to detail, and the ability to be engaging with others in a way that instills a sense of confidence and trust. A candidate with RESNET credentials either as a full HERS Rater or a Rating Field Inspector (RFI) is desired. However, if a candidate does not possess such credentials, the willingness to become credentialed immediately upon hire is necessary. Salary will be $50,000-$65,000 range depending on experience for this position.

3 Operations Manager

We are seeking a self-sufficient, technically competent, motivated individual to oversee the operations of our engineering design department based in the Longmont, CO office. Experience managing an engineering department, deep mechanical and/or electrical systems design knowledge, quality control skills, and client management expertise are required. Minimum 5 years experience.

4 Marketing Coordinator

This role involves work to enhance connections to clients. Work supports business activities including development and implementation of the company growth strategy, and identification, research, and tracking of project opportunities. Duties include proposal preparation, developing/maintaining company marketing literature, writing press releases, maintaining web presence/outreach, and representing the company at events. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required along with time management of multiple deadlines. Experience with graphic design and desktop publishing software a plus. Working knowledge of Constant Contact, WordPress, and CRM software as well as knowledge/experience with database programs is preferred. Minimum of 5 years in A/E/C marketing/communications.

5 Engineering Intern

This position assists with energy analysis and modeling, engineering drafting and design under the supervision of a professional engineer, and general administrative activities in our Longmont, CO office. The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD. Experience with energy modeling/building simulation, HVAC/plumbing design, and previous engineering work experience is a plus.
