1 Commissioning Project Manager
We are seeking a self-sufficient, technically competent, motivated individual for our commissioning work. If you are someone that can take a project start to finish, has customer interface savvy, is a great writer, is experienced to complete complex calculations for building mechanical and electrical systems, and has a strong working knowledge of building energy systems and MEP design experience we welcome your interest. Minimum 3-5 years experience in mechanical engineering desired.
2 HERS Rater
This position is for an individual who has a positive outlook and a passion for making th environment better through the built environment. We are seeking a HERS Energy Rater who is RESNET Certified with the necessary experience and skill to perform field work, projected ratings, and in-field code compliance inspections and tests on all typs of residential properties.
3 Rating Field Inspector
We are seeking an individual who is eager to start learning more about making the environment better through the built environment. This position is great for someone who has a background in and some knowledge of construction and an interest in building sciences. They would come with the ability to read house plans, drawings and 3D renderings as well as a willingness to learn how to perfom diagnostic testing and data collection. We will provide training in the use of all software and testing equipment.
4 Operations Manager
We are seeking a self-sufficient, technically competent, motivated individual to oversee the operations of our engineering design department based in the Longmont, CO office. Experience managing an engineering department, deep mechanical and/or electrical systems design knowledge, quality control skills, and client management expertise is required. Minimum 5 years experience.
5 Marketing Coordinator
This role involves work to enhance connections to clients. Work supports business activities including development and implementation of the company growth strategy, and identification, research and tracking of project opportunities. Duties include proposal preparation, developing/maintaining company marketing literature, writing press releases, maintaining web presence/outreach and representing the company at events. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required along with time management of multiple deadlines. Experience with graphic design and desktop publishing software a plus. Working knowledge of Constant Contact, WordPress and CRM software as well as knowledge/experience with database programs is preferred. Minimum of 5 years in A/E/C marketing/communications.
6 Engineering Intern
This position provides assistance with energy analysis and modeling, engineering drafting and design under supervision of a professional engineer, and general administrative activities in our Longmont, CO office. Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD. Experience with energy modeling/building simulation, HVAC/plumbing design and previous engineering work experience is a plus.
