1 Commissioning Project Manager

We are seeking a self-sufficient, technically competent, motivated individual for our commissioning work. If you are someone that can take a project from start to finish, has customer interface savvy, is a great writer, is experienced to complete complex calculations for building mechanical and electrical systems, and has a strong working knowledge of building energy systems and MEP design experience we welcome your interest.

Minimum 4-10 years experience in mechanical engineering desired.

Salary: $80,000-$115,000, based on experience and clients they can bring to the firm.

2 Mechanical Engineer

We seek a Mechanical Engineer who can accurately and timely complete mechanical design and technical task work on projects varying in size and scope. This individual should have a background in the design and operation of HVAC systems, using simulation software programs, and using industry-accepted engineering methods for evaluating energy performance. In addition, they will manage and assist in the sustainable design of projects and have a holistic understanding of whole building M/E/P systems.

They should have 2-6 years of experience in a building-related field, excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a problem-solving work ethic.

Salary: $60,000-$85,000, based on ability, experience, and skill level.

3 Electrical Engineer

We seek an Electrical Engineer who can accurately and timely complete electrical design and technical task work on projects varying in size and scope. This individual should have a background in the design and operation of building power, lighting, fire alarm, communication systems, and security systems. In addition, they will be managing sustainable design and sustainable design assistance projects and using simulation software programs and industry-accepted engineering methods for evaluating energy performance.

They should have 2-6 years of experience in a building-related field, excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a problem-solving work ethic.

Salary: $60,000-$85,000, based on ability, experience, and skill level.

4 Marketing Coordinator

This role involves work to enhance connections to clients. Work supports business activities, including developing and implementing the company growth strategy, identifying, researching, and tracking project opportunities. In addition, duties include proposal preparation, developing/maintaining company marketing literature, writing press releases, maintaining web presence/outreach, and representing the company at events. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required, along with time management of multiple deadlines. Experience with graphic design and desktop publishing software a plus. Working knowledge of Constant Contact, WordPress, and CRM software and knowledge/experience with database programs is preferred.

This individual should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in A/E/C marketing/communications.

Salary: $50,000 to top of the market depending on ability, experience, and skill level.

5 Engineering Intern

This position assists with energy analysis and modeling, engineering drafting and design under the supervision of a professional engineer, and general administrative activities in our Longmont, CO office. The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD. Experience with energy modeling/building simulation, HVAC/plumbing design, and previous engineering work experience is a plus.
